The house was pretty much perfect. Location was amazing. Steps away from the beach. Close to everything we needed. Beautiful outdoor spaces. We would definitely come again!

This was to be a pet friendly rental, it was not clean, multiple visable urine stains on carpeting throughout the house, then the cockroaches, with roach traps in every room, so obviously a know problem. I contacted the host and was given no options for a different rental or partial refund. Very disappointing stay.

Beautiful Ocean, very short walk to it!

Avon is our favorite town in Outer Banks NC. Beautiful Ocean was very short walk away. For smaller kids I recomend the Bay side, water is shallow and calm. Kids absolutely love evening trips to the Ocen when tides are out, and ghost crab, small fishes are everywhere. We took ferry to Ocacroke Island. Shells were very nice there. This vacation house has everything that you need. Bedrooms has nice setting. One bathroom has tub nice for kids, second shower for quick wash. Outdoor shower is super nice and convenient for rinse off sand from the beach. Olny one downside was poor cleaning. Cleaning crew should wipe cabinets after each renters. On white cabines you can see everything. Microwave, fridge, stove, dusting need their attention to. The same with bathrooms. Front and side doors glass were never wiped. The good side of cleaning the bed sheets and towels were clean. I think you want this to be the cleanest. Overall we like the house, location. Definitely we have good memories from that trip.

Relaxing and Peaceful

We are a family of 5 from South FL with the majority being surfers. The location was perfect! 3 minute walk to beach, close to Avon Pier, and easy drive to anywhere else you may want to go in the OBX. The Observation Deck is amazing! There are three showers we only used the hall shower and outdoor shower, the master is really not useable. The place could use a litttle updating but overall we enjoyed ourselves and would stay again!

Outer Banks Perfection

Most wonderful stay at a lovely and comfortable home. Just a short walk from beach in a fun neighborhood. Midway to everywhere: Ocracoke, Roanoke and plenty of fun in between! Will definitely stay again and hopefully for a longer time :)
