The location of this beach home was great however, the condition of the home is fair. The stairs, decks, and furniture are rough, and we all needed to be extra cautious to avoid splinters. The four sliding door are in horrible condition. They are barely operable, only 2 of the 4 have screen and those screens are torn. One of the sliding doors has a broken handle and cannot be used. Opening the sliders to catch the cool evening breeze and ocean sound was out of the question. The living room furniture is shabby and worn. Covers may be thrown over them to mask their worn appearance, but that does little to help that the furniture has passed being comfortable. The carpet is also old, frayed, and worn making the home appear uncared for. The home is just clean. The walls are dirty, the kitchen trashcan was broken and filthy, and the heat levels for the burners are worn off. Worst, was the mold in the bathrooms, particularly the “jacuzzi” tub. Photos are after our first attempt of cleaning it. After multiple cleanings we were able to shower in that bathroom but would not use the tubs in either bathroom. This home needs a sink strainer, working sliders, deep cleaning, new furniture, and maintenance. Guests should not need to clean to make it hospitable.

Great location

Fantastic location just a few short minutes to the beach. The luggage and supplies lift was a great feature. How is well Maintained and very clean. Will certainly look to rent again.

Nice place enjoyed it but the driveway needed widing because of yhe bushes scratched my truck up and the living room furniture is old and needs to be replaced very uncomfortable

Girls trip

Nice open house , good location, close to shopping. Closer to beach than thought! However! No curtains! The sun beams through early and we had a peeping Tom from one of the larger homes. We had to rig sheets on windows upstairs. Would come again if owner gets curtains.

Property was awesome really no complaints. Had an awesome time staying here with my fiancé and dog. Loved the big open concept family room/ kitchen with high cellings. The large patio is also the perfect hangout spot to hear the ocean and relax. Will stay here again

Can’t ask for a better location!!

Located in a quiet neighborhood with amazing people! Nice short walk to all the shells you can possibly want! Excellent view every night! Avon Pier near by where we watched fishermen catch 5 foot sharks! Super cool! Great store (Food Lion) located near for all you needs! Very highly recommended! We will be back every year 😀
