This southern Kinnakeet Shores ocean view location is perfectly positioned to provide beautiful ocean and sunset views and is very close to the subdivision's ocean access boardwalk. Featuring many new renovations with your comfort in mind, this getaway boasts new full baths upgraded for 2024, appliances including a brand-new washer/dryer, new TVs and sound system, new deck railings and ample deck furniture, new stairs leading to the deck, and a screened porch that used to house the hot tub.

The first level of this reverse floor plan home has four large bedrooms, two baths, and a convenient laundry area. A brand-new hot tub deck awaits as well to assist in soaking in bliss each evening. Upstairs the great room with its high ceilings and ample glass has room for all. The kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and wet bar are designed and equipped for entertaining. Plus, a new dishwasher, bar refrigerator, new coffee maker and Keurig, and walk-in pantry will assist even more with whipping up tasty meals. A half bath and attached TV/reading room will keep all ages happy. Arrive at your Journey's End.

Relaxing

We did enjoyed the simple, convenient, relaxing area. Access to the beach was convenient, but there is no way to access the beach in walking distance without using steps.Which with a two year old is key information. The private hot tub is nice but there is no bug lights or citronella candles provided so at night the mosquito was unbearable.

Great location but......

Location is great close to beach, shopping the bay. The location appeared fairly clean but it appears some of us have been bitten by bugs (doctor believes bed bugs). None of use had them so we didn’t bring them and we washed and sterilized everything once we received word. We attempted to contact the property managers left message with customer service but haven’t received any feedback yet to see if they investigated further so we can be 100 percent certain and hopefully the next guests don’t have this issue.

Excellent Location

Great views conveniently located in the heart of AVON close to shopping and dining. Hot tub worked perfectly amazing views of the ocean and just 1 block walk to beach access. Everything was as described and spot on. Cleanliness would have been a 5 but when we arrived there were greasy handprints on the sliding glass door to the top porch and 2 dirty frying pans above the oven hood. ( previous tenants) I clean rental property as a side job I know how stressful housekeeping can be and trying to be prepared for a back to back rental. Overall very pleased with rental,process, and location.
