Amazing outdoor activities...a block from the San Gabriel River trail leading to San Gabriel Park, Blue Hole, and Lake Georgetown. When you're not out, full kitchen, backyard for lounging, comfy furniture, and space for working remotely. Whether work or play, this cozy & modern retreat is the perfect home base.
The Space:
We thoughtfully designed the space to deliver everything you need for a clean & comfortable 5-Star-Stay! The king and queen bedrooms each have a TV, dresser, and seating. A full bathroom is stocked with essentials. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, stove, and dining setup. Relax in the living room with a cozy couch and TV. A washer/dryer and dedicated workspace add extra convenience. Perfect for work or leisure...your home away from home!

The guest will have full access to the Unit and attached garage.

From Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS):
1. Head west on Hotel Dr toward Spirit of Texas Dr.
2. Turn right onto Spirit of Texas Dr and continue for about 1.5 miles.
3. Merge onto TX-71 W toward US-183 N.
4. Take the exit for US-183 N and continue onto TX-130 N (Toll road) toward Georgetown.
5. Merge onto I-35 N toward Waco and continue for approximately 20 miles.
6. Take Exit 261 for TX-29 toward Georgetown.
7. Turn right onto TX-29 E/W University Ave.
8. Continue straight, then turn left onto S Austin Ave.
9. Turn right onto E 3rd St.
10. The destination, **301 E 3rd St Unit A**, will be on your left.
From Downtown Austin:
1. Take I-35 N from downtown Austin.
2. Follow I-35 N for approximately 25 miles.
3. Take Exit 261 for TX-29 toward Georgetown.
4. Turn right onto TX-29 E/W University Ave.
