Apt is nice. Bed is very comfortable. Made mention to host that perhaps adding a new pot & Pan set for the kitchen would be a nice upgrade for the next traveler. He stated that he would. Property is nice and quiet and wifi is very good. Live TV via Roku was amazing. Perhaps adding a dresser in the bedroom would be a nice addition for future travelers. Lots of closet space for hanging clothes and there is a washer/dryer combo in the closet as well. Plan to stay again next year when I visit UT university.

Pet friendly, good location. The unit I got smelled of cigarette smoke which was unpleasant, I notified the host immediately just to inform them so I wouldn’t be charged for smoking in the unit, and they assured me I would not be. There was a huge dumpster right outside the unit, very loud when they came to empty it, woke me from my sleep.

This apartment is listed as having 2 queen beds but only has one bed. The couch does not pull out. Walls and corners are dirty, there was only half a roll of toilet paper provided and no hangers in the closet. Check-in info was provided at the last minute. Communication with hosts about the issues above were met with “we will look into it and get back to you” but nothing was ever resolved. I paid for a 2 bed apartment and spent a week sleeping on a couch.

Nice play to stay overnight. Spacious bedroom. Definitely an advantage to be able to bring our dog along. No issues getting in and out and very safe abs secure location. Would definitely book again!

Great place to stay with pets. We chose this place because of the price and it was pet friendly with no extra fees and it did not disappoint. It was a great location. No nonsense room with minimal amenities but that was what we expected for the price. Will definitely use again if we need another place in Austin with our doggies.
