This property owner failed to communicate at all with us and then canceled our reservation WHILE WE WERE IN ROUTE to Austin. This is a SXSW weekend in Austin so no other VRBOs in our area were available and even getting hotel rooms was dicey. According to the reviews, this has happened before with this owner, so book at your own risk.

Overall a good experience!

I want to start by saying the place overall was as described and the neighborhood was very nice! The house was clean and equipped with everything you would need. The only thing I would say they need to work on is on communication, we had some check in issues but it was solved within 2 hours so I would go back and give them another try.

Booked but house wasn’t available

We booked this house over a month ago. No instructions received for checkin. Messaged asking and no response. Time to leave for trip, no response. Called customer service and owner wasn’t notified of our booking and house wasn’t available. We had no where to stay with our 4 daughters!!!
