My family and I stayed for two nights. The condo had everything we needed from extra pillows to kitchen ware/appliances. It was very clean and we all slept comfortably. We were just in for 1 night. The complex is being remodeled, but did not interfere with our stay. This condo was well appointed (nice toiletries, lots of pillows and blankets and kitchen ware. The neighborhood is a little “sketchy” in some areas, but that is true of the area near the college in general.

Nice place, very clean

We rented the condo for the weekend because we were going to a concert at the Moody Center. It’s not too far away and fairly easy to get to, which made the location very convenient. The condo itself was very spacious and clean—plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. One thing to note is that the water in the sinks doesn’t get hot, but the shower does, so that wasn’t a major issue for us. Also, the exit gate wasn’t closed due to construction. Overall, it was a great place to stay at a great price for our weekend plans.
