Austin Condo Hotel is in a great downtown location, which made it easy to walk to most attractions, restaurants, and bars. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. Staff friendliness was a bit inconsistent—some were very helpful while others were less welcoming. Check-in is strictly after 4 PM, which was a little inconvenient, but they did allow us to store our luggage behind the desk until our room was ready.

Stayed in the presidential 2 bedroom, lake view, condo with my family. We had a great time and the location was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance to Rainey Street and the path down by the water to Congress bridge. We enjoyed the pool and the hospitality. Would stay here again.
