The Space:

Morning light streams through the large windows, casting a gentle glow over the wood‑floored living area as the city awakens outside the quiet East Riverside streets. You can stretch out on the comfortable sofa, watch a favorite show on the flat‑screen Smart TV, or step onto the private patio for a coffee under the open sky. After a day of exploring Austin’s music venues, parks, and downtown buzz, the shared pool and hot tub invite you to unwind under the evening stars.



Sleeping arrangements

Four private bedrooms accommodate up to eleven guests. Three rooms each hold a queen bed with fresh linens, wardrobes and bedside surfaces. The fourth bedroom features a twin bed and doubles as a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair behind a door. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a queen air mattress stored in the laundry area provide extra sleeping options for larger groups. All bedrooms are secured with individual code locks.



Bathrooms & laundry

Four full bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials and towels, making mornings smoother for everyone. An in‑unit washer and free dryer are available for longer stays or active trips.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space, all the cookware you need, and a breakfast nook that seats four. It’s perfect for casual morning coffee or preparing meals after a day out, with easy flow to the living area and private patio.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private patio for outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and comfortable seating. Shared amenities include a year‑round pool and hot tub with posted hours, a nearby gym, on‑site fitness equipment such as cardio machines, free weights and a yoga mat, and an outdoor playground with grassy space for children.



Work & connectivity

High‑speed Wifi supports streaming and remote work, while a dedicated workspace lets you stay productive. Self check‑in with a smart lock and free parking add convenience, and exterior security cameras plus a noise monitoring device help maintain a safe, respectful environment.



Neighborhood

Nestled in a residential East Riverside setting, the apartment offers a peaceful retreat while keeping downtown Austin, the airport, Zilker Park, live‑music spots, restaurants and museums just a short drive or rideshare away.



Additional notes

The home is pet‑friendly and welcomes long‑term stays. The host does not control the shared pool or gym and cannot offer refunds if those facilities are temporarily unavailable.



Guest Access:

The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:

The Riverside area is near downtown, the University of Texas, local community college, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on Riverside you'll find it to be very residential, quiet, and peaceful.



Staying in this place will show you that you are super close to everything without being in the hectic Downtown Austin area. You are a short Uber/Lyft away from a time of your life without having the extra noise to keep you awake at night.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is private off the main road and has plenty of parking. It is on a first come first serve basis. You are very close to the main highway to get around and close to local shops/restaurants for a quick or nice bite to eat.



Other Things to Note:

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
