This 60 m², 3-star T3 apartment is located on the elevated ground floor (6 steps) of a small residence, just 300 meters from Trescadec Beach. The beach offers numerous water activities such as surfing, windsurfing, catamaran, paddleboarding, and canoeing. The regional water sports center is nearby. Saint-Julien Beach is 600 meters away, restaurants are 500 and 600 meters away, and a seafood market is just 200 meters away. The ferry terminal for the Île de Sein is 2 km away, and the town center with its port, shops, and a market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings is 1 km away. The location is ideal, and a car is not always necessary.
