Breton Coastal House “Penty” – Walking Distance to the Beach

We offer for your stay our main residence, a warm house where life is good. Typical Breton house dating from 1873, renovated in the respect of traditions (lime-hemp walls, wooden floors, stone wall) while offering a contemporary spirit (large bay window on the first floor, very bright floor under the eaves). You will enjoy a sea view and can access the beach on foot. Peaceful courtyard and country garden. Possibility to keep our cat.
The accommodation
First floor composed of a large living room of about 50m2 (the wood stove is being repaired). A kitchen-dining area opens onto a large bay window opening onto a large terrace opening onto the fields and the sea and the Pointe de la Torche as a backdrop.
The first floor offers two large bedrooms: a master bedroom (with the possibility of adding a travel cot on request) and a children's bedroom with two beds each offering their own space (no blackout on the windows). A bathroom with bathtub and toilet is also available upstairs.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which has a kitchen. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
