The location of the hotel was good, the reception was very helpful and Harshana was very polite with our luggage and arranged us a late check out without any hassles. The room had a balcony and kitchen amenities so you could fix your own food there as well. Good showers and big spacious room too.

Great and central location to where we were attending. Good value for money. It is a little tired and needs a little work ie water damage to bathroom door which makes it very difficult to open, dishwasher a little bit falling apart. Staff were very obliging, friendly and helpful. Would stay again

The property represents good value for money. It’s a well located apartment block and is functional in terms of microwave/ dishwasher/ laundry facilities. I would put it at the higher end of 3 stars. I guess the bigger question is would I stay here again? Yes I would but for one or two nights maximum. The shower area needs some refurbishing and I know the carpeted area by the TV needs a deep clean - that’s not to say it’s bad but an area for the housekeeping staff to focus on - alongside management allowing extra time for that to happen. Previous reviews have mentioned lack of hot water particularly in the morning- that was not the case when I visited.

Good location and spacious rooms, with a wide range of facilities including a dishwasher and washing machine. The beds were clean, but the room itself was not very clean, so if you’re looking for a spotless place, this may not be the best choice. Overall, it was a positive experience.
