Do NOT stay here. The rooms and pics look great. The amenities seem terrific. The experience is very different. a day ago No Aircon. Don't be fooled by cool weather. The room bakes in the western sun and the radiant heat generated by the windows is immense. The thin curtains made by Nanna Wong are little help. Rooms like sauna. No window to open, only balcony so zero air flow through. You have to jam the front door open with fridge to try and get any flow. Oh... there is a $12 disgusting dusty fan the host called 'aircon'. They have a poolwith human hair in it... a gym the size of my toenail, they do have parking but NO Aircon at the price ive paid is a joke. Stuck here 4 nights in this sweatbox. Never, ever coming back. When I complained, they offered me another cheap fan. When I complained to Wotif they accused me of being abusive. These are not people you want to pay for a service. Run away.
