Everything was terrific except after a long day one would like to go home and relax with tv. Auckland is a sporty city and many international fixtures on but ALAS at this facility nothing. No Sports Channel a disgrace for this chain. I have stayed once before in Nelson and the same so never again will stay as it ruins the whole visit. Even the small motels have a sports channel

Room very clean, very new and had a strong chemical smell. Windows don’t open so I had to leave the air conditioner running 24/7 or it would have been unmanageable. Bathroom had quite a moldy smell as well as the washer/dryer. But all were in good condition otherwise. Staff were lovely, close to areas needed, reserved parking bay was a little pricy but easy and very safe. Overall very good and would recommend.

The room was spotless and had everything you could need i.e. fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, oven, kettle, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, heater, extra blanket. Having just discovered Quest, I will definitely look for this brand in future. I've already completed my 2nd stay.

Love staying here, it’s a home away from home with all the facilities we need. Love having a washing machine and dryer in our room. So comfortable and a very convenient location too. Third time we’ve stayed and is our go to when visiting Auckland.
