Really great place to stay for attending concerts at trust arena. Food options available late night around the hotel. Only comment is the toilets does not have any exhaust fan, however the huge garden at the back is awesome!

Clean, good strong shower and decent bathroom amenities. The room was spacious. The lady at reception was friendly. There are plenty of food options close by. It's very basic and tired though, desperately in need of an update. We have family in West Auckland so this is probably the best of very limited options for us to stay nearby - the best part is that it's convenient for food options. We prefer staying in the city where there are nicer options but it saves a lot of driving.

The room was good but the Internet service was awful in the hotel. TVs were old can't get Netflix or any other applications on it Hotel doesn't have any amenities, all they have is basic and way too far from the city. I couldn't find anything in the city cause of Metallica concert in Auckland last week. The only thing good was the food options, walkable distance I was able to find good restaurants with different cuisine.

Great spot. The whole property should be fenced. The back of rooms from 112 and around the corner facing Good Home Restraunt is exposed to the public. The fron is safe but for safety the whole property needs to be fenced around. Express breakfast should be included with the accomodations. Overall, it's a great place, cozy and spotless and great service too. Thanking you.
