Emplacement à proximité de la sky tour et Britomart, prix raisonnable. Il faut récupérer les clés à 5min de marche dans un boîtier autonome. J'y ai séjourné en 2025, mais le poignet d'un des 2 lavabos est toujours instable, et la cuvette d'un des toilettes se détache. Le logement donnant sur la Hobson street, les nuisances sonores sont régulières (bruit des voitures moto sirènes de police et ambulance). Par ailleurs le bipe du portail était HS (probablement pile usée), mais on nous l'a ramené que la veille de notre départ (on l'arécupéré dans le boîtier à 5min du logement), soit seulement 2 jours d'utilisation sur 7 jours. Enfin j'avais déjà réglé le late check out en décembre 2025 pour un séjour en juillet 2026. Ils m'ont remboursé le montant le 8 juillet (non reçu encore à aujourd'hui) sans raison précise ou valable. J'ai du coup du repayer le late check out le matin du départ. Mis à part tout cela, ça reste un emplacement et un logement pratique.

Het vinden van de sleutels is een beetje lastig. Het is ongeveer 100 meter verwijderd van het appartement en de kluisjes zitten verscholen achter een reclame bord van de parkeergarage. Verder een heel fijn verblijf daar gehad met lekker Chinees eten aan de overkant.
