🚭 No Smoking or E-Cigarettes – Strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony.
🔇 No Parties or Events – A ZERO tolerance policy is in place; violations result in immediate eviction & loss of deposit.
Quiet Hours – Please respect neighbors & maintain quiet from 10 PM - 7 AM.
💳 Security Deposit – A $300 bond is required before check-in via credit card authorization (fully refundable if no damage occurs).
