Princes Wharf is one of Auckland`s most instantly recognisable addresses — the elegant heritage finger wharf that stretches into the Waitematā Harbour at the heart of the city`s waterfront, flanked by water on both sides and with a maritime energy that is completely unlike anywhere else in the city. This spacious three-bedroom apartment on the upper floors puts that address at your disposal, with harbour and marina views from the private balcony that serve as a constant, lovely reminder of exactly where you are.

The apartment is generously proportioned and beautifully furnished throughout — an open-plan living and dining area that genuinely comfortably seats six, with large sliding glass doors opening onto the private balcony where the harbour views and fresh sea air make a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine feel considerably more special than it has any right to. This place is in a perfect location and has beautiful views and easy access to all the great things in and around Auckland. Very comfortable location. I would recommend this place in a hear beat.
