Pros…Great view of harbour from balcony Great location. Close to transit routes and restaurants. Staff very friendly Cons…Very noisy at night. Bars go until 2:00am. Ear plugs suggested. Pool not in same building. It’s across the street and is a public facility. Half of reclining love seat in living room is collapsed. Vacuum needs cleaning. Smells awful. No drawers in bedroom for under garments or incidentals. We were expecting more attention to details for the price. Live and learn.

The penthouse apartment had a spectacular view of the Viaduct harbor and was in the middle of a prime entertainment district with lots of restaurants. Despite the proximity to so much activity, the apartment was still relatively quiet at night. Bed was very comfortable and the entire apartment was modern and spotlessly clean. Parking deck in the building was somewhat expensive, but was extremely convenient. Lots of good restaurants to choose from in the Viaduct as well as easy access to harbor tours.

Fantastic Location

For our final three days on our month -long New Zealand vacation this spot was the perfect swan song. It is quite compact but has everything a couple would need. Most of all it has a beautiful view of the harbor and the gulf. As you go downstairs you are greeted by a vibrant location with many restaurants and bars. Even though we were there over a national holiday the noise level was not a distraction. The managers were very helpful and for a small additional fee allowed us to check in early. We highly recommend this property.

The unit is well appointed with a lovely balcony and well priced for the waterfront. Be aware that all units nearby suffer from evening noise from the many convenient restaurants nearby until late. I would definitely stay here again, thanks!

Great location!

This was just as advertised. Close to many shops and restaurants. Not too loud but at times could hear the fun! A nice view and easy access. Comfy bed and sheets. More towels would be great! Thank you for sharing your place with us.
