The accommodation is generally clean. But a major major problem, is that there was a very strong, fragrance/scent smell probably something from air freshener chemicals, that was present, on the first floor. This was simply, at an unbearable level. These are terrible toxic chemicals that are unsuitable for a habitable space.
On the second floor, it was less, sort of, and I could only stay in the place by spending most of the time, in the bedroom with the window open. I did not have any time to be relocating or bringing this up with management. Maybe I should have brought it up and they could have given me a different townhouse now that I think about it. I just figured I was stuck with this problem. But anyway I was quite busy.
The other problem is, the method of check-in is not very nice. You have to submit to taking a photo of yourself. This is not normal. There is also too much reliance on technology for the whole check-in process. They kept insisting, on requiring SMS but in the end that did not work, never received the SMS, and I got an email, with the information needed.
