Host was helpful- room and bed is much smaller than it appears in photo. No air conditioning- thankfully a fan available as it was a warm couple of nights

Amenities were great, fresh clean towels, bed very comfortable, 10 minute walk to downtown and grocery stores all along the way to downtown area. Office next door if you have any queries. Excellent communication and Peter was very helpful with lots of tips. Definitely would recommend this facility.
