This stunning historical villa is situated in a very quite and panoramic position 5 minutes walking from the centre of Amalfi It is an ancient monastery completed restored with taste and sense of proportions. A small path and about 100 steps lead to the property. The beach is reachable in 5 minutes walking. The villa is conceived in a dynamic way: 4 main levels and steps almost in each room make it  not friendly for everybody.
Ground floor: outside: large half covered terrace with lounge corners and chaises longues. External pizza oven and sink. Tables and chairs. External shower. Inside: large living-room with access to the terrace, smaller living room, 1⁄2 bathroom. 3 steps up lead to the large and fully equipped kitchen: oven, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher. From the living room, stepping up 20 steps 1 double bedroom with private terrace and enclosed bathroom.
First level: 15 steps lead to this level where there are: 5 double bedrooms and 2 suites. This level has also an independent access from the path that brings to the property.
Second level: 14 more steps lead to the second level where there are 1 suite and 1 more double bedroom.
Third level: 11 steps down lead to the third and last level where there are 2 double bedrooms, tinier than the others but with private little terrace. 2nd and 3rd level have a private access as well from the path that brings to property passing through the villa wine yard.
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.
