"My sister lives in TX, the rest of us in KS and Atoka, OK was a new halfway meeting point for us. The dated main living area of the home is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating room. While we didn’t cook while we were there, the kitchen was well stocked, updated and clean. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were updated and clean. My husband is a history geek and the Atoka area is fill with the history of western expansion. We visited both Reba’s and Blake Shelton’s restaurants with a stop at the Blue River for a nature hike. Alice was a gracious host giving us sightseeing, restaurant, and shopping tips. Atoka is a charming small town that seems to be up and coming. I would recommend this property for a weekend retreat."
