Rental includes the whole main house and entire enclosed back yard. Check-in time starts at 3:00pm and Check-out is at 10:00am. Location was good. Host was friendly and immediately responsive with any questions or need. Difficult to park in the driveway due to trucks amd trailers parking right around the driveway space but we made it work. House lacked areas to get comfortable and open up suitcases etc. Small bugs noted in kitchen and floor needed a sweeping to keep our socks from turning black but otherwsie it was clean.

Good small place. Affordable and walkable to all the attractions Needs a little TLC. There was only one trash bag, cabinets are unorganized (multiple prescription bottles), yard had junk in it, expired condiments in fridge, eggs from June.... and the lights are very tricky. Random toothbrushes in the bathroom. A little detailing before next guests would be a good ideaBut overall 10/10, would definitely stay again

Great to have fenced in backyard for our dog. Location wasn’t as convenient as I had hoped as it ended up being too far from my other family members who were staying in ventnor and longport. This was no fault of the apartment owner. It was my choice.

Cute house, central location

Very cute house with a great location, everything was within 15 minutes! The driveway parking was a huge help, only other parking was on the street. Small but usable kitchen, nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. Host was very welcoming, nice and helpful with information about the area.
