Great clean room on the 4th floor great easy welcoming helpful check in and out. Close to everything right next to The Tropicana ! And just few feet from the beach ! I will definitely stay again !

Only great thing are the employees! Properly is terrible poor. Room smell like a humidity/ old furniture. Tv do not work / telephone do not work . Poor lighting/ . Old carpet floor looks dirty/ and just old! Broken lamps shade.

The rooms are smelly,flies inside the room.The remote is sticky seams nobody wiped them. No ventilation in the rooms. They do not control people who are on the people who are so loud and throw their garbage on the swimming pool.They just don't care if only one group of people is enjoying the pool and doesn't care to share the pool. The staff are okey but do not disclose everything about your stay,like if you do not ask they won't tell you. Offer same breakfast everyday.

We tried 3 different rooms. All 3 were dirty, the walls, carpet and furniture were nasty. They attempted to paint over holes and wear and tear but it made it worse. Rust and stains were present throughout the rooms, carpet was torn.
