Awesome bay views! Great location! Newly renovated 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, 2nd floor condo looks out over the Bay. Modern kitchen, large living area, dining room table, great views and sunsets. Washer and Dryer in unit. There is a large dock out back with seating along with a gas grill and seating on the bulkhead deck. It's about 4 blocks across the island to get to the beach also.

This property is located across the street from the Cove bar, Santucci's Pizza, the Acme shopping center (with a Dollar Store, Goochie Brothers Pizza, Surf Shop, Indoor Pickleball Club and others), a short block to Wawa, CVS and more shopping, ice cream, bakeries, and restaurants at the Brigantine circle only a few blocks away.

Only 2 minutes to get over the bridge to Atlantic City and the Borgata, Harrah's and Golden Nugget marina; only a few more minutes to the boardwalk and other casinos like Ocean Club and Hard Rock.

Nice small condo on the bay side with your own private dock. Perfect for fishing, crabbing or taking a quick swim. It was perfect for my wife and I with our dog. Great sunsets and close to everything. We will be back again!
