This gorgeous condo is located in a quiet section of Ocean City, away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. It is close to 34th street bridge, 34th St. playground, Acme, Wawa, and numerous eateries. It is also within biking distance of the boardwalk (10 blocks). The Ocean City trolley runs on this street from 5 pm till midnight for a small fee.

3313-15 Central shares a driveway with beachfront property and has the same spectacular ocean views as a beachfront, but is half the price. With no streets to cross, you are steps from the beach (about 30 feet). Because you are not directly on the beach, you will not have towering dunes blocking your view of the ocean. Each unit has ocean views, too, and there is a rooftop deck with panoramic views of Ocean City and neighboring Atlantic City and Sea Isle City. This condo is ideal for those who want all the perks of a beachfront, who want to stay in a quiet section of Ocean City, but do not want to pay the cost of a beachfront.

Host was welcoming. We were able to check in an hour early which was helpful. Unit is dog friendly and a great location with ocean view. which was one of the reasons we booked it. Unit was clean and well stocked.. Could use some tlc in the hall bath and the kitchen cabinets. Blinds on doors in bedrooms leading to deck coukd be replaced. A good unit for a winter getaway. Would consider a weekly summer rental.

OCNJ Family Vaca in pet friendly house

First family vacation in OCNJ in ten years and it did not disappoint! We had 7 adults, and one toddler. House was in great shape, comfortable furniture and close proximity to beach, shops, and playground. Cherry on top was being able to bring our dogs!

My friends and I came down for the weekend and could not have been happier with this house. The location was excellent. One block from the beach, close to all other attractions and very low key. The owners are great, they respond to all emails and phone calls, and offered a great deal for such a nice house. I recommend using Russell for vacation spots to anyone, they will take care of you.

Amazing Stay, Great Location in Ocean City

This amazingly located top-floor unit was the perfect stay for my family as we enjoyed a four-day trip to Ocean City. Six adults and one dog couldn't have asked for a better spot: 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to a family-owned bakery, and a short drive to the famous boardwalk. Plenty of sleeping options made for a comfortable stay for all of us. Parking was easy too, with spots in front of the property on the street, as well as room in the driveway for two cars. We would 100% consider renting again and highly recommend for a similar stay to ours.

Our Family of 9 & 2 dogs were quite comfortable in this spacious home. Awesome views from the roof top deck. Short walk to the beach made going back & forth easy. Kitchen was well stocked however I was glad I brought bakeware. The listing was clear that I should bring pillows & blankets which took up a lot of space in our vehicle. When we arrived all the bedrooms had pillows & blankets. I would definitely stay here again.

The beach house was in a great location. The flat needed to be cleaned better. The bed in the primary bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and the shower curtain was too short. The love seat in the family room was basically broken. Besides that the flat was great.

You cannot beat the location of this property. It is as close to the beach as you can get, which was a major plus!! The host was kind and responsive as well. However we had some issues with the house. Unfortunately, the home was not well cleaned upon arrival, the walls and floors near the toilets were noticeably dirty, the comforters were stained appearing as if they were not washed between stays, and there was A LOT of dust on the floor. It is unfortunate because the location of this home is so good that it would only take a minimal amount of effort to make it an incredible stay. A note to all travelers, this house is not equipped with any linens, towels, paper product (which was noted in the listing) so be sure to come prepared. It was not an expensive stay so it provided our group with what we needed, but unfortunately, we would not stay again.

Great location but you need to bring everything with you

Great location. One block from the beach and five minute walk to basketball, tennis, playground, Wawa, CVS, supermarket. The place did not provide bed linens, towels or pillows (this fact was noted in the description but was an irritating factor to our stay ) Usually this type of rental includes a starter kit of essentials however there were too few cups and silverware, and no toilet paper, paper towel, sponges, laundry detergent, dish soap, tissues or napkins. Some of the dishes and silverware were sticky with food material left on them.
