The open-concept kitchen and dining area is perfect for laid-back meals and cozy evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, utensils & more—everything you need for cooking at home. The countertop coffee bar has everything you need for a morning brew including K-Cups, creamer, sugar and tea! In the living room, the plush sofa and electric fireplace adds warmth and charm, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach or exploring town. Kick back in front of the HD Smart TV to watch your favorite show.

🛏 Bedrooms
The first bedroom features a queen bed with plenty of clothing storage. The second bedroom he other has two single (twin) beds, an HD Smart TV, and also has convenient clothing storage. Beds are made with freshly laundered linens for a restful night sleep.

🛁 Bathroom
The home includes one full bathroom with a walk-in shower and tiled surrounds. We provide bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for your convenience.

🧺 A washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen.

🏖️ Beach Gear & Essentials
Beach chairs are provided which are located to the left of the front door hanging on a rack attached to the wall. Beach tags and towels are also provided for making beach days a breeze.

🚗 Parking
There is no on-site parking, but we provide two street parking permits for your use. Please note: parking permits are required for this area.

🧳 What to Bring? Just your clothes!
Beds are made with fresh linens. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths provided. Enjoy the convenience of beach chairs, towels, and tags.

Listing Transit:
This home is in a great walkable location between the beach and bay, with shops, dining, and the boardwalk only minutes away. Street parking is available with provided permits. Atlantic City is a short drive or Uber ride away, making it easy to explore casinos, nightlife, and entertainment without the hassle.

Listing Notes:
This home is professionally managed by Host House, a Ventnor based vacation rental manger, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection.

Damage Waiver:
The $20 charge listed as “insurance fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.

Listing access:
You`ll have the whole place to yourselves however, like many of the homes on this part of the Island, this home is considered a `duplex`. There is another unit above this apartment which is rented separately. The entrance to this apartment is in a completely separate area.

Listing Transit: Getting around is easy on foot, you`re just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. By car you’re minutes from Atlantic City attractions, casinos, and entertainment. Ride-share services (Uber/Lyft) are readily available in the area for convenient local trips.

TVs:
All of our TVs are smart TVs. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu HBO and Netflix with your credentials there is no cable. There is a a Smart Roku TV is located in the downstairs bedroom, plus one in the living room.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
