The price for a weekend stay was great. Air conditioning worked well and the pool was a nice bonus too. Although unexpected, it had a glittery ceiling that I actually liked. Refrigerator was really old though and I can't imagine it's very energy efficient for the hotel to run.

I accidentally booked a smoking room. My daughter has asthma and this was a complete mistake. The front desk, even though there was no vacancy, was able to get us a non smoking room. I appreciate their willingness to be accommodating. The price is beyond fair for a weekend down the shore.

It was a convenient place to stay. Close to everything. Other than outdated our room was very clean and they came and changed out the bath towels. We sidnt use the pool but it was well kept and clean. Everything worked great. I do have to give a shout out to the manager who was working during our stay. My car battery dies and i needed a jump start. We called the office and he came right out and helped to resolve the issue. So appreciative for his kindness.'we will definitly be back.

Room was clean; AC, TV, and shower worked great and the bed was comfortable. Coffee was fresh and hot in the morning, however, "breakfast" consisted of 2 types of dry cereal, a few slices of white bread (and a toaster) and an open jar of peanut butter. Fortunately, we had gotten donuts on the boardwalk the day before; there's also a Wawa just down the road. Big, nice-looking pool, but we didn't have time to check it out. Overall, nice room for a very reasonable price.

It was clean. We got two coffee packets and a little coffee maker, a microwave and a little fridge. We had a handicap size shower, a king size bed. The cable TV didn’t work, yet the front staff was responsive and fixed it immediately. Continental breakfast 8 - 10 had hard boiled eggs, bagels, toaster, butter and jelly packets, peanut butter, cocoa pebbles and cheerios, whole milk, and strong coffee.

We love the location. Convenient to Ocean City. Convenient to WAWA. The rooms towards the back of the property are very quiet. What is bad is the condition of the property. Chairs wobbly. TV hard to use. Towel rack ripped off the wall and not replaced. No one attends the desk so we couldn't get any ice from ice machine. No breakfast. Coffee was make your own in the room only. It is a fantastic bargain for Ocran City but not well maintained.

It’s very old, the inner courtyard was better maintained than the room. Not the cleanest but tolerable for short stays. Toilet had an awful brown rust stain. Towels, pillows, microwave and refrigerator were at least 20 years old and not much upkeep on them. All felt and appeared dirty, that was a problem for me! Staff were courteous but scarce. Great location to OC, Sea Isle and walkable to a few convenient stores.

Whatever you do, DO NOT book this property! Me and my wife booked this. The place looked like it had not been cleaned for at least a month!! Manager did not want to give me a refund, expedia is only willing to give us a credit for $75. Horrible experience all around! Do yourself a favor, book something a bit more expensive and save yourself a major headache!
