From the outside, I was a bit skeptical about my choice, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. The AC was a bit loud, but tolerable. The staff was polite and friendly. Very reasonably priced for in-season at the Jersey shore.

Staff was very helpful and property was dated but overall room wasn’t too bad. Only really chief complaint was (since it rained most of our stay) internet was delayed or had to keep re-connecting while watching tv…. Hotel is close to a lot of food options and just over the bridge to Ocean City.

I booked 1 room two different times but for the same weekend! The day I was arriving they called me and told me they were canceling my reservations! Mind you i booked over 6 months in advance ...they said they were overbooked the day I was supposed to be there! I live in Central New York and was traveling down there! The staff there do not care about clients I get it’s a motel but the towels were dirty the front guy and his mom are very rude did not want to give us 4 towels even tho it was 4 of us staying in one room. The rooms were not the cleanest and it smelled rly bad in the room.

We stayed here for two nights only because pets are free. The location is great. You can walk to many restaurants within ten minutes. The area is quiet and parking is easy. The hotel itself is worn out and has the smell of strong cleaner used to cover up smoke smell. With a little effort it could be pretty nice. We will pay to bring the dog next time and stay somewhere else.
