The Space

This magnificent 7-bedroom, 5.5-bath home offers luxury and comfort across three expansive floors, connected by a stunning custom circular staircase and a private elevator.

Main Level
Your group will love the heart of the home, featuring a dramatic two-story great room with a cozy gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. Adjacent to it, you'll find a fabulous bar perfect for evening cocktails. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a full suite of Viking and Sub Zero professional appliances and granite countertops. The dining room is thoughtfully designed to seat your entire group of 18, ensuring no one misses out on mealtime conversations. For quieter moments, you can retreat to the separate living room or enjoy a film in the TV/media room.

This level also provides direct access to your private outdoor oasis, featuring an in-ground pool and a gorgeous Travertina patio. Chaise lounges, an outdoor dining table and high top bar table perfectly furnish this amazing amenity!

Second Floor
Ascend to the second floor to find five luxurious and oversized bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Most bedrooms feature king-sized beds, walk-in closets, and access to one of the many balconies surrounding the house. Wake up to rejuvenating ocean views and the fresh sea air each morning.

Third Floor and Roof Deck

This house was stunningly beautiful! We had an AMAZING time! Our group had the perfect girls weekend! The location to the beach was ideal as well as Atlantic City. A short ten minute ride but totally different relaxing beach atmosphere. The pool and amenities were awesome! The staircase alone… we couldn’t take enough pictures. Brian the owner was so diligent and amazing. He was quick to respond. Checked in with us throughout the weekend to ensure we had everything we needed to make sure our stay was nothing less than perfect. The house had everything labeled, which was super helpful to our group. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could need. Beach towels and the endless selection of Tommy Bahama chairs made packing light. We left wishing we could extend our trip. Each balcony had amazing views. Definitely enough space to spread out and find some quiet time when in a house with a lot of people.We would 100% book this house again and stay with Brian and anyone of his properties.

Wonderful trip!

The house was perfect and Brian was as nice as could be! He was in contact with us to make sure everything was perfect…and it was! The house is in a perfect location and my family had a wonderful vacation. The house had a nice open floor plan which was so nice with a big group like ours! About 60 feet to beach entrance.Level, beautiful, spacious beach.Overly spacious home.Could easily accommodate 25 persons.Host was friendly, likable, & continually available by phone or text.Spoke with us every day, one to three times each day.Helped with any & every need from immediately replacing a malfunctioning coffee pot to helping with dining recommendations.Very well-kept small pool was attended by host every other day.I don't think you can go wrong at this venue.At the moment, we intend to return next year.

Our Family Week in Paradise!

Our entire family loved our Brigantine Mediterrean Mansion vacation. Our group included my wife and I, our six children, four spouses in law, and eight grandkids from 1 to 16.We all loved the beautiful home and were thrilled with the heated pool which was a delight during the first 3 cloudy days. The pool stayed full from morning to night, guarenteeing that all the kids were exhausted for naps and nighttime. The owner, Brian, could not have been nicer or more supportive! Any emailed or texted question was quickly answered. Very responsive! In hindsight, nice touchs included the availability of beach chairs and towels, the many private rooms and nooks that let everyone wanting privacy to have it, the amazing 40 step proximity to the beach and the beautiful staircase and railing that is breath taking! A wonderful vacation with great memories at a good price.

Beautiful home for our stay!

I got my family together for us to celebrate our father’s 90th bday, most of the family flew in from out of state and we had an amazing time! Everyone was in awe of the property. It was clean and comfortable, the home looks just like the pictures online. This was my second time staying at this particular property, but I’ve also stayed at another one of Brian’s properties. He’s very thorough with the details about your stay and readily available if you need to contact him.

Absolutely Perfect – A True Gem in Brigantine!

This Mediterranean mansion completely exceeded all expectations from the moment we arrived. The home is absolutely stunning—beautifully maintained, spotless, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a luxurious and relaxing stay. From plush towels and quality linens to a fully equipped kitchen (seriously—every utensil, dish, and gadget you could imagine!), it’s clear the owner has thought of everything.We loved having both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig, which was such a thoughtful touch. The pool was a dream—perfectly heated and maintained throughout our visit—and made it hard to ever want to leave the property. But if you do feel like venturing out, the beach is just three doors down—gorgeous, peaceful, and never crowded. And if you’re craving a little nightlife or excitement, Atlantic City is only a quick 10-minute drive away.The owner was incredibly communicative and helpful, making the check-in and checkout process seamless and stress-free. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This home is a rare find and one we’ll absolutely be returning to. If you’re looking for the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and location—this is it.

A Fairytal Getaway

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful mansion in Brigantine, NJ. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Brian, our host was terrific! Very responsive and accessible to all our questions and needs. We can’t wait to go back!

Girls' Weekend in Brig

The house is immense and well-represented in the photos. We were a group of 12 women, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. Lots of king beds and sofa beds, which gave us options for sleeping arrangements. The owner was extremely responsive and sent detailed information about the property well in advance. He arranged to have the pool heated for us, which was much appreciated on the cool April weekend we were there. There are so many amenities in this house (putting green, jacuzzi tub, pool, close to beach, outside lounges, balconies galore, etc.) that we didn't get to use them all! I guess we'll have to return.
