I recently stayed at the Econo Lodge in Somers Point, New Jersey. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout my visit. The parking area and surrounding grounds were well-lit and secure. My room exceeded expectations in both comfort and cleanliness. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Bathroom was clean with clean bed, towels, AC was great cooling the room. Bed was comfortable. Even when we checked in at 12 midnight person was there to help give us key. Thought looking at it first it appeared sketchy location and building, inside was clean, though furniture is old, for basic 1 night stay it was good.

Somers Point offers easy access to Ocean City. The Econo Lodge is near several places to dine and a short drive from the Garden State Parkway. The room was large and offered a microwaved, refrigerator, and single cup coffee maker. Everything was clean but dated. The king size bed was comfortable enough and the motel, overall, was quiet. The Econo Lodge is in need of some upgrading, but if you are there to sleep and travel on, it's not a game breaker, at least not for us.
