The lobby smelled but the real issue is we took the elevator up and right after we got out the fire alarm went off and there was a fire in the elevator. The room was decent and the a/c worked just fine.

Confirmation stated that check in at 4 pm and check out at noon but someone knocked at the door and stated that we need to check out at 11:00 am , reason was unknown . However according to the confirmation paper we checked out at 12:00 pm. Front desk staffs were nice.

We had to evacuate our hotel three times on the first night we were there due to the elevator catching onfire and the fire department coming. Not only was this an inconvenience, but upon returning to our rooms on the fourth floor, none of our keys worked ANY of the times. Additionally, our bathroom flooded the next morning due to a hair clip from a previous guest that the hotel staff tracked down in their bathroom tub’s “back up” drain that was openly exposed.

The place is ild and outdated. No soda machine as advertised. Check out is 11, advertised at 12. This place is good to put your things as you spend time out on the boardwalk. If you want to relax in the hotel book somewhere else. Guests were loud, doors slammimg. We heard people talking in the hallways all night.

The room was well vacuumed and the bathroom had some kind of dirt on the floor. There were bottles of shampoo and bars of soap on the floor between the wall and the sink and the drinking cups were not individually wrapped.
