This bright, spacious, clean, and comfortable second floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers the ultimate coastal experience, just two short blocks, a five-minute walk from the beach. Enjoy ocean breezes, open living spaces, and three incredible outdoor decks, including a shared rooftop deck with stunning outdoor views. Playground, hockey rink, and basketball court are directly behind the house.
This beautiful, updated interior features one king bed and two queen beds, perfect for families or groups. Primary en suite bedroom features a lovely deck. Rinse the sand off in the private outdoor shower. A cool breeze flows through the home, making it a soothing retreat. Whether relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this house offers a welcoming space to unwind. Open concept, fully stocked kitchen. One car garage, one parking spot plus street parking. Washer/dryer, pack and play, games and beach tags provided. Keyless entry. NOTE: The furniture that is pictured on the front deck is no longer there. There are two high Adirondack chairs and four low Adirondack chairs.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ocean City is VERY strict about their trash and recycling. Bag all trash and place in the trash can in the back alley.
Place the Recycling in the bin with the recycling logo on it in the back alley. Do NOT place recycling in bags. Caps, tops or contaminated items cannot be recycled.
DO NOT place sandy towels or swimsuits in the washer, they will ruin the washer. Shake outside 1st. Rinse ALL sand off in the outside shower.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
