There are bedbugs in room 301 and the manager refused to speak with me. Did not offer me any refund. Didn't even bother to fumigate the room. I will never book a room with them again. Also, creamer for coffee was spoiled.

Staff MIA when I went downstairs twice. Thankfully I didn't need them but other patrons did. The elevator and space outside of it on the third floor were as bad as a tenement. Disgusting. The TV was way too small for the room but the bed was comfortable, room was spacious and the cleaning crew does a wonderful job inside the room.

This inn is very nice. For the most part the room was cleaned. I did have a smoking room and when I first got there it smelled of cigarettes the room needed to be aired out more before next guest. Towel when I first got the all had hair on them. Staff did respond and changed them. The second day when I went to breakfast the waffle batter wasn't done right there was only 1 egg patty and 1 sausage patty. I get not every one comes for breakfast but if it offer everything should be fully stocked and cooked weather it gets thrown out of no clients eat it. Owner was made aware and had someone fix but the options remainedlike that for the whole week I stood. Staff was nice and sweet.

This was a really great place. This was literally across the street from Tropicana. This is a very cheap option. They have an amazing staff, great pool that goes to 9 feet, the room was pretty clean. There was like a little bit of stains on the couch and the ceiling, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. They had great breakfast in the morning. There is no microwave in the rooms, but you can just go to the place you eat breakfast to do everything you need to do over there so that’s great. You have access to that.
