This home is ideal for families and groups looking for an easy, comfortable beach stay with space to spread out and everything provided. Located just one block from both the ocean and the bay, the house sits in Brigantine’s quiet north end, offering walkable access to the beach, bay, restaurants, shops, and family attractions without the noise and congestion of busier areas.
The home is single-level with only three low steps at the entrance, making it well suited for families with young children, grandparents, and multi-generational groups. Inside, the layout is practical and well-balanced, with rooms spaced for privacy and shared areas designed for gathering. There are three bedrooms and two full indoor bathrooms, plus a seasonal outdoor shower (guest favorite!) available May through October.
Sleeping arrangements are flexible and family-friendly. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and space for a crib. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The third bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and a full-size futon. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space when needed. Two full bathrooms help mornings run smoothly for larger groups.
The living area is comfortable and uncluttered, with ample seating, a Smart Roku TV, soundbar & subwoofer, fast Wi-Fi, board games, and books. A dedicated work area with a sit-to-stand ergonomic desk makes the home suitable for remote work, extended stays, or guests who need reliable connectivity during their trip.
The kitchen is fully stocked for real vacation living. Guests will find cookware, dishes, pantry staples, organic coffee and teas, and everyday essentials, so there’s no need to run to the grocery store on arrival. A washer and dryer are available for beach days and longer visits. Central air conditioning keeps the home comfortable throughout the summer.
The huge garage functions as both a storage space and a recreation space. It includes a Ping Pong table, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a beach cart. Six beach tags are provided. Beach access is at the end of the street, about a two-minute walk. Bay access and a free public boat slip are also just down the block, making it easy to enjoy both sides of the island.
Outdoor spaces are a highlight. The screened-in porch is shaded and breezy, perfect for morning coffee, family meals, or relaxing in the evenings while listening to the ocean. The fenced backyard offers a safe place for children and pets to play. A grill, outdoor seating, and a swing make outdoor time easy and comfortable.
The home is maintained with eco-friendly practices throughout. No pesticides are used in the yard. Inside, the home features VOC-free paint, toxin-free detergents, and chemical-free soaps, shampoos, and conditioners. Linens and towels are provided.
Parking is simple and convenient with an attached garage and an additional off-street parking space. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with access to Brigantine’s farmers market, restaurants, coffee shops, Shark Park for kids, tennis courts, golf course, yoga classes, surf school, art gallery, and the marine mammal stranding center. Atlantic City is about ten minutes away for dining, shows, concerts, and events, including the famous Island Water Park at Showboat, which operates year-round.
Well-behaved pets are welcome. One pet is included with approval. Additional pets or extra-large breeds require prior approval. A pet fee applies and is used for detailed cleaning and laundering between guests. Dog bowls are provided, and a medium-to-large crate can be made available upon request.
Optional services can be arranged for an additional fee, including fridge stocking before arrival, celebration cakes, fresh flowers, mid-stay cleaning, mid-stay laundry service, early check-in, late check-out, or an extra night when available.
Guests have full private access to the entire home, including the driveway, garage, screened porch, and yard. The house is professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays, and cleaning and laundry supplies are available for guest use.
