Location, location, location… This summer retreat at 10th & Central, is in a prime spot in OCNJ! Ready to make lifelong family memories at the beach? This ten year old, spacious five bedroom, three full bath, second floor unit is ready to make that happen! Comfortably sleep up to 15 guests. A short walk to the beach in just minutes. Castaway Cove conveniently at tenth and the boardwalk for those fun summer nights with the kids. Adults can enjoy some retail therapy with Asbury just steps away. Unit has garage parking for one, driveway parking for one and non-metered street parking in front of the house on Central. Unit access by keypad lock so no agency trips for keys. Early checkin possible based on cleaner schedule. Natural gas grill for cookouts. Outdoor shower to rinse off after those long beach days. Ten beach tags included plus usage of bikes, beach chairs, wagon and beach toys.

Saturday to Saturday only reservations: June 13 - September 12 (prime time). Will do weekends otherwise, just ask. Willing to customize duration during prime time within 21 days of reservation date if vacant.

* This house is new to the rental market and is undergoing some additional decorating and painting of the hallway and family room. Final pictures to be posted by 4/15.
