The ground floor provides excellent entertainment options with a bonus room featuring a ping pong table.
Step into the elegant formal living area, where breathtaking ocean vistas greet you, complemented by an additional den on the main level. The heart of the home lies within the open kitchen, ideal for meal preparation and gathering with loved ones.
Accommodations are plentiful, starting with bedroom 1 on the third level, has a queen bed and en-suite bath for added luxury. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed and a twin bed, complete with its own en-suite bath. Bedroom 3 provides a cozy setup with a double bed and a twin bed, while bedroom 4 features a queen bed and a twin bed. Additionally, bedroom 5, situated on the second floor, offers two twin beds.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
