The apartment was clean & the host communication was great. The place just needs updates (cabinets are worn down, microwave missing a leg, matress droops). Really appreciated the ice maker working & water filter pitcher in fridge. Also, very close to multiple museums but some restaurants not actually open during posted hours as they are more convention geared being downtown.

The whole process was easy and straight forward. It was super close to the aquarium which was the reason for our stay. We just walked over during our stay so no paying for aquarium parking. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was a really nice trip! Would book again!

Ad says parking is available. Upon renting, the check-in info says on-street parking only. Refrigerator does not work...it keeps tripping the circuit breaker. This ruined my plans to eat in and cook. Frying pan was broken regardless. Hidden fees that were NOT disclosed upfront...the actual price is nearly double what is listed.

Location was 5 stars. But two of the smoke detectors were beeping. And the roku in the bed room didnt work. The screws to the small tables and fan were loose and wobbly. other wise it was a great spot. Get those fixes and i would come back again!

Convenient and comfortable

I attended a conference and needed to be close to all the areas downtown. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet and the apartment was clean. The bed was really comfortable, too

perfect for what we needed

my friend and I stayed in Atlanta for just a few days to visit friends and this place was perfect. clean, spacious living room, awesome balcony (with string lights!), and the location is top tier. short walk to all the attractions. loved it, would definitely stay again

Perfect Place

My high school graduate soon and I stayed for a vacation getaway. The place was beautifully decorated and had every convenience we needed. It was easy to come and go and perfectly located to every where we wanted to visit. We will be staying again!
