Jack was very helpful and the place was well laid out and clean. I’d recommend this spot to anyone who wants a great place in an awesome location.Parking was easy but I didn’t need my car the whole time i was there. everything was walking distance and very safe. Thanks for a great stay!

We did not bring our pet, but it is pet friendly. Owners have two dogs of their own. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located for our needs. Owner was readily available when we needed to speak with him. Enjoyed!

Staying at Jack & Kat's place was extremely pleasant. I really appreciate the proximity to all the restaurants and attractions. They gave me really good recommendations around the city, and whenever I needed something from them, they were only a few stairs away. I had everything that I needed, and they also checked on me to see if I was enjoying my stay. They were super polite the day I came in. It was raining pretty hard, and I was a bit scared of the thunder, so Jack helped me bring my luggage to my room. 10/10 recommend this place for couples or a solo person if you have never been to Atlanta, since this was my first time in the area. Also, parking was extremely easy since it was right on the street, steps away from the property. They had a binder with Wi-Fi instructions and restaurant recommendations, and everything was laid out clearly and easy to read. If the listing is still available and if I ever come back to Atlanta, I am definitely staying here again.
