My stay was okay besides the fact that there was a roach in my shower. I literally almost died hoping out. I was able to get a picture and I showed them at the first desk. Granted they gave me a new room but you would think they would have gave me a free night or a discount but nothing. I was constantly watching making sure I didn’t see anymore. But like I said besides that everything was okay

1st thank you to Office H and the manager for resolving a voidable misunderstanding. I understand that we get what we may pay for however as someone in Customer service the front desk staffs ability to resolve issues, offer adequate assistance or troubleshoot client is issues needs GREAT improvement. I would stay here again for the trouble that again was unnecessary had the front desk agent just communicated better or exhibited some due diligence regarding the issue presented.

The hotel is way bigger than I expected. The pool area was amazing and had a nice tropical feel to it. The gym was a little small but got the job done. We also went during renovation and had to take an alternate way to and from our room. The restaurant inside the hotel had excellent food and drinks. Location was right in downtown Atlanta. Close to just about everything.

Terrible

Ended up paying an extra $164 for valet parking and destination fee for 2 nights. It’s obvious that the hotel only does valet to run up the bill for the bottom line. They had a door that says self parking but it was not available only valet. Room was substandard and dirty under the bed. Noise is a terrible nuisance since everything from outside and other guest are heard.

Well valet parking was kind of expensive for just over night, the maid/cleaning people put a dirty towel in as clean, there was an old coffee pod in the pot and NO pods for me in the morning and it seemed like the cable was turned off in the morning because when I turned it on I got what looked like cable but guide would not allow.

The property itself was nice. My tub wasn’t cleaned well I did ask for it to be cleaned and no one came. And they clean every 3 days and don’t replenish the towels unless asked. But out side of that everything else was fine. I would come back. They do have a restaurant and Starbucks and cafe. They give 10 off certificates a day you stay.
