great "apartment" hotel. Location is excellent - next to lots of shopping and restaurants. There are all of the basics in the apartment. we were on second floor by street, so a tiny bit loud but id you get higher up or on the other side of the property no problem In general it is a quiet street. The property and building really created the value for the stay. But as far as the owners maintenance I would say was lack luster. Hair strands on the bed, fecal stains on the toilet seat, dirty dishes, no soap holder in the shower. All of these things that made me question the sanitation and comfort of my stay. The building and architecture of the room wad lovely. Owner pulled it down.
