Quiet neighborhood in the heart of midtown, two blocks south of Piedmont Park. You will love having your own outdoor space on the brand new deck with patio furniture. Professionally decorated and renovated top to bottom, completed April 2023. Off street parking space conveniently located very close to apartment entrance and behind building. King sized bed, quality frame, mattress and bedding to help you get a great night sleep. Work space in bedroom. Table for two in living room.

Private apartment. Building is a quadruplex. Other three units are all long term renters, professionals, quiet, and respectful of our guests.

Midtown neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near Piedmont Park, many shops and restaurants.

Washer dryer access is free to use and laundry room is shared with two other apartments. Laundry room is located at bottom of steps. Laundry detergent provided for first couple of loads during your stay.

I was traveling in town alone to visit family. The apartment was perfect for my stay. It is beautiful, clean & located within walking distance to Piedmont Park and nearby Midtown restaurants. Highly recommend.
