🕓 Late Check-Out: Available upon request ($20/hour, if available).
⚠ Unauthorized Late Check-Out: $300 penalty to ensure timely turnovers.

✔ Age Requirement – Must be 21+ to book.
✔ Security Deposit – $150 refundable hold placed 2 days before check-in & released 3 days post-checkout (if no damages).
✔ Rental Agreement – Must be signed within 24 hours of booking to secure your stay.
✔ Identity Verification – A secure third-party verification (ChargeAutomation) is required before check-in.

🚗 Parking Details
✔ Stays of 2+ Nights: FREE gated parking for 1 vehicle. Guests must provide vehicle details at least 4 hours before check-in.
✔ 1-Night Stays: Choose free street parking OR $7/24-hour garage parking.
✔ Additional Vehicles: $7/day in the public garage. Registration required upon arrival to avoid towing/booting.

🚫 NO Parties, Events, or Large Gatherings – Strictly enforced. Unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
🚫 NO Smoking Indoors – $300 minimum fine for smoking/vaping inside the unit.

🐾 Pet Policy
✔ Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $85 per stay.
✔ Refundable Pet Damage Deposit: $150 (Due before check-in).
✔ Maximum: 1 dog (up to 35 lbs) – Please provide breed, weight & size at booking.

🔒 Security & Safety Measures
✔ Smart Entry & Cameras – The property features front-door security cameras & smart sensors for guest safety.
🚨 Tampering with security devices (including doorbell cameras) will result in a $500 fine & immediate cancellation.

✔ Shared Community Amenities Notice – The pool, gym, & game lounge are shared. Availability cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance or weather conditions, and refunds will not be provided for closures. The complex closes the pools on Monday for mandatory cleaning.
