From previous experience….everything was exceptional. I went up for my son’s surgery, but due to foreseen circumstances they couldn’t do it! My son nurse called and explained to the Buckhead location and they cancelled my reservation and didn’t penalize me. I’m so grateful. We live over 3 hours away so we just went home after his visit! I really appreciate you and the nurse said the male was so kind and understanding.

There were lots of stains everywhere. The carpets and the curtains particularly -- might not have been stains, actually, could have just been dirty. I was also given a key to an occupied room — extremely awkward for both me and especially the guy who I walked in on. I nearly gave him a heart attack. The staff was polite, the breakfast was fine, and parking was easy.

The shower head was broken and not in use. The safe in which we had our valuable received the items but did not open again when checking out. No one in the hotel was available to remedy the situation. We then had to leave for the airport without being able to get our stuff in the safe. We are now at the mercy of the hotel management to retrieve and send our valuables. It is so irresponsible of the hotel not to have someone who would know how to get our stuff from a defective safe in the room. TERRIBLE HOTEL ALL THE WAY AROUND.
