The hotel room is really nice but the shuttle service to the airport is terrible, unreliable, the driver didn’t wanted to drop me at the international flight gate he dropped me at the domestic and made a fuss about my suitcase.. so the shuttle experience made the stay not so pleasant in that sense…

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, however the AC wouldn’t cool the room past 71 degrees despite maintenance working on it. The bathroom wasn’t the best, the glass shower doors didn’t want to stay closed when using and there was hair from the previous person on the shower wall and the bathroom counter.

The hotel is just okay. It’ll do for a couple nights but I wouldn’t stay here longer and I wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel should be cleaner and the smell should be better. There needs to be more upkeep. The towels and carpets were all dirty and so was the bathroom in our room.

Checked in on Sunday 10/12 Front desk staff was complaining because customers were checking in and they couldn’t watch football on their cell phones openly in front of customers. “Why can’t we just have a slow day so I can watch my game” is the exact quote. Elevators smell like dirty diapers. The entire hotel smells like marijuana. Whoever is cleaning rooms smells strongly of marijuana I could still smell it when I returned from work at 5:00 PM. Won’t be back to this dump.

The room was extremely stuffy and strongly had a smell of mildew. There were no trash bags in the trash cans. When we checked in we were supposed to be told to call housekeeping if we wanted our room clean we were never told that when we checked in. When I came downstairs and asked a housekeeping staff member to see if they could collect the trash and just leave some towels and wash cloths no one ever came. We had trash in our room from Thursday evening to Saturday morning. I can tell this is a property that im guessing Hilton just bought out and slapped there name on it, but it definitely needs upgrades I dont usually complain about hotel stays, but i did feel uncomfortable having my family in the room for the short time we were there. Luckily we did not stay in the room for long periods of time due to us being there for a church event. Not sure if this review will do anything but Hilton has to do better and be mindful what they attach their name to.
