The room was clean with no dust. The General Manager, Alexis Seldon, is such a sweetheart, and she made sure that everything was perfect and to my liking. The other front desk clerks are so professional. I really love my stay and will continue to stay.

Took 20 minutes to check in, nobody at the desk. I made a reservation for the studio, I'm told the studio isn't available so they need to put me in a bigger room that they CHARGED ME FOR! So they made a mistake and oversold the studios and I need to pay for their mistake. Normally I'd walk away but I was in a bind and wanted to go to bed, so I paid it. I do stay in the Vinings area a lot but will never go back to this hotel. Stay away!
