The room was perfectly clean. Beds were comfy. My only complaint the entire stay…barn doors. Nobody traveling with friends or coworkers (or even family) wants a barn door closure for the bathroom door. Breakfast and the managers reception were great as usual for the brand.

Handicapped room furniture was not really conducive for my wheelchair. The bed was way too soft for both my husband and myself. I ended up sleeping on the sofa with my feet on the ottoman. Plus the additional taxes came as a shock

My tub / shower got stopped up in the middle of shower. Maintenance helped but it was the inconvenience I had to go thru! In additional, front desk clerk gave me a hard time with my hotel.com profile name vs. my legal ID and matching Id. requesting me to change it before having access to room. Wifi gave a terrible time to log and attempt changes. Delaying my check in by an 1hour later. Jacuzzi didn't have strong jet movement as if it was off or not working. Jets were very mild to low- I was looking forward to usual strong working jet system.

The hotel room was nice however I do wish they did a better job cleaning it. The phone was filthy and had coffee spills on the cord, and I don’t drink coffee 👀. The hotel also wasn’t far from my activities which was a plus, but it sucked I had to uber/ lyft to the airport because the shuttle wasn’t running.
