I came to Atlanta from Montgomery to take my son to the hospital. He ended up staying a week at piedmont and when he was released we just wanted a quiet place to relax. There were several things i really liked about this property. First, the price. For a 1 bedroom rental in downtown Atlanta with a full kitchen and balcony the price was cheaper than some of the 3 star hotels around. The lengths they go to for safety and security are definitely above and beyond. The check in process was so simple, if you can read, you can check in. It was so quiet although there were several guests staying on the same floor. Everybody was very respectful of each other. So after a great night of sleep in a very spacious king bed, I decided I needed to stay one more night before traveling back to Alabama., I emailed the property first to ask if I could just extend my reservation and stay in the same room. Then I remembered I booked thru a third party so I booked again thru the same said third party and the rate was the same and after my reservation was complete I got a message back from the property that I was good where I was and would not have to swap rooms. The cleanliness not just in the room but in the hallways and all over the property was amazing. Shout out to the housekeeping staff at Dorsen., I never write reviews but I was so impressed with this place I had to give them the recognition they earned and deserve. Will most definitely stay here every time I come to Atlanta.

This was a small stay studio apartment. It had everything you would need. The only thing I wish…that they would have provided info on the type of coffee pot so we could have been prepared. They do not have normal coffee service like a standard hotel

I really like how safe this complex is and how you need a code to get into the garage. Our room was very spacious with a great view from the balcony. Just wish there was a tv in the bedroom, but no big deal. Very happy!

Everything on the property was perfect. Its was clean. The only part I didn’t like was the mattress in the pull out couch and in the bed. They were pretty hard and didn’t get a good night sleep. Other than that a great place and location.

The room was set up nicely but the cleanliness wasn't good at all. We found stains on the pillowcases, sheets, doors, and walls. The pullout couch had stains on its cushions as well along with a mattress that was unable to stay on the frame which made for an uncomfortable sleep. Stands of hair were found everywhere from light switch covers to counters, walls, and of course the shower. The view from our room was on the same level as the roof top sitting area and was further blocked by a random enclosed stairwell. The bed in the room was INCREDIBLY hard as a rock and low to the floor. That has to be one of the worst beds I've ever had to sleep. Parking after a certain time was an absolute horror. Multiple cars and trucks were double parked and caused a major headache when looking for parking. Lastly, customer service needs better training on how to give good service. I was unaware that my card needed to be updated through the hotels.com app. Instead of being asked to do so and be given time, I was met with a message ending with the threat of deactivating my access code. All of these things tell me to never book with this particular company again.

It was so noisy at this location. We could hear entire conversations from the parking lot. as well as sirens and street traffic. The people above us were stomping for hours after we checked in. We couldn’t hear it thru the night but it started early the next morning. There was also no hot water during our stay. It was lukewarm for a moment when we got in the shower at night but got freezing cold within minutes. The next morning, same thing. This stay was not worth the cost per night. I would not return.

Our stay was not what I anticipated. The space would have been so much better if it was throughly clean, the other residents weren’t so loud and there wasn’t an overwhelming smell of others smoking marijuana! The space was adequate but king bed and pull out couch were extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen worked well for us! We would had like more tv channel options. Loved having the large fridge. The hallway carpets really need to be cleaned and monitoring needs to happen to make others stop smoking in other rooms! It felt like it was seeping through our vents!
