Room was clean. There was coffee in the room but no cram or sugar. I chose this hotel because they advertised a restaurant and buffet breakfast. The restaurant had a small menu and sandwiches. There was no buffet breakfast. It was cereal and fruit so I was disappointed.

The room we stayed in was very, very noisy due to trucks pulling up to empty the dumpster and other things.(105) The check in staff was very friendly. Bruce, the courtesy van driver was SO WONDERFUL and the best part of our stay!! He took us to 3 locations. I would return to your hotel if I knew he was working. There was a roach on the side of my bed covers. The ice machine was broken and I was told I would have to go to the 3rd floor to get ice. Was too tired to make the trip. At breakfast at your food bar, only one young man was working and doing his best, was friendly...but very stressed. But apparently, the main person was out that day. The wait was too long. The commode ran all night.

My room was full of mold, the linens were not clean. My door was previously kicked in and wouldn’t lock I had to put a chair in front to feel safe. The lighting out back in the lounge area was broken
